Black Jet releases flight schedules a minimum of 3 months in advance and as far as 6 months in advance.

Should seats remain, you can book a flight up to 30 minutes before its planned departure.

Members can bring several bags as long as their combined weight is under 15 kg and their total outside dimensions don't surpass 112 linear cm.

All carry-on items will need to be checked and secured in the rear of the plane. Due to the nature of our aircraft, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

We suggest arriving 15-20 minutes before departure, as check-in ends 10 minutes prior takeoff.

Unlike public air travel, there are no long security lines or early boarding requirements.

You can reserve up to 2 one-way flights at any time using our Reusable Bookings. These virtual tickets, included in your membership, never expire nor deplete.

Each Reusable Booking allows you to reserve a flight and can be reused an unlimited number of times. Once you complete a flight, the Reusable Booking becomes available immediately for your next flight reservation.

If you need more than 2 Reusable Bookings, you can upgrade to the Unlimited Elite membership, which includes 4 Reusable Bookings.

You can easily cancel your booking through the app.

We kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to give other members the opportunity to book the flight.

You are free to cancel any bookings more than 24hrs from departure time anytime without any penalties.

In our strive to provide each member with the best travel opportunities, we've respectfully introduced penalties for booking cancellations made within 24 hours of departure. This applies to the associated Reusable Booking(s) and any accompanying Pass(es). We deeply appreciate your understanding and your commitment to our community.

Reset Vouchers can recover items held under penalties. Canceling 24-12 hours before departure requires 1 Reset Voucher per item, while canceling within 12 hours necessitates 2 per item.

Understanding that plans may change at the last minute, we issue 2 complementary Reset Vouchers every three months. Should you require more, they will be available for purchase in app. Unused Reset Vouchers never expire with an active membership.
